ACC’s Rental subsidy Program

Housing Rental Subsidy Program:

  1. Participants must be Amherst residents

  2. Participants must have a lease

  3. Participants must have income to pay rent fully, and then be reimbursed by ACC after a rent receipt is brought to us.

  4. Participants are required to work with ACC weekly for case work to increase income and secure permanent subsidized long-term housing

  5. ACC will pay up to $400 per month for rent for up to 6 months
